Orr & Reno Energy Attorneys Patch, Geiger Lead Efforts for NH Solar Facility

Orr & Reno attorneys Douglas Patch[1] and Susan Geiger[2] recently represented Chinook Solar, LLC (a NextEra Energy affiliate) in obtaining approval from the NH Site Evaluation Committee for a 30-megawatt solar facility.

This new facility becomes the first to require SEC approval as it will cover nearly 100 acres of land in Fitzwilliam, NH, and, once completed, rank as the largest solar electric generating facility in the state.

Currently, NH’s largest solar array occupies 12 acres and provides about 3 megawatts of power.
