Orr & Reno Attorney Doug Patch Published in NH Business Review

Douglas Patch, an Orr & Reno director and shareholder who represents clients on energy matters, primarily in regulatory, administrative and legislative venues, was published in the July 7-20 issue of New Hampshire Business Review.

“Reviewing the Legislature’s Energy Accomplishments[1]” examines, from an energy perspective, the measures taken by the NH State Legislature in its recently concluded 2017 session.

Patch is a member of Orr & Reno’s Energy, Environmental Law, Telecommunications, Utilities, Governmental Relations, Administrative and Arbitration and Mediations practice groups.

Patch is also past Chairman of the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission, and a former Assistant Attorney General and a former Assistant Commissioner for the Department of Safety.
