Legal Breakfast Series: Protecting Business Assets in Divorce and in Death

Attorney Nicole Forbes[1] will be the featured speaker during the latest Orr & Reno Legal Breakfast Series, “Protecting Business Assets in Divorce and in Death”, on Tuesday, September 19 at the Orr & Reno offices at 45 South Main Street in Concord.

Forbes will discuss how business assets are treated in NH during divorce and at death, as well as share insight on how prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, trusts, and other legal instruments can help safeguard this important asset and legacy. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A.

Orr & Reno Legal Breakfast Series is presented by Orr & Reno and the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce[2]. Events offer a unique opportunity for attendees to learn from experienced attorneys, ask questions, and interact with other Chamber members, business leaders, and community members.

The event starts at 8 a.m. and is free to the public, but pre-registration is required. Coffee and light breakfast will be served.
