Attorney Jeremy Eggleton[1] will be the featured speaker during the latest Orr & Reno Legal Breakfast Series, “Planning and Zoning Matters: When to Use Council”, on Tuesday, November 20 at the Orr & Reno offices at 45 South Main Street in Concord.
Eggleton is an Orr and Reno shareholder whose practice centers on resolving real life conflicts with intense personal and financial stakes.
This presentation will discuss the process, the standards, and the considerations a zoning board might take into account when weighing a new application. Planning and zoning applications were intended to be made and advanced by members of the public working in collaboration with their town administrators and officers. There are times, however, where the judicious use of counsel can make the difference—and times when attorneys are not the right solution.
The event starts at 8 a.m. and is free to the public, but pre-registration is required. Coffee and light breakfast will be served.
