Legal Breakfast Series: OSHA Is Knocking – Are You Prepared?

Attorney Jim Laboe[1] will be the featured speaker during the latest Orr & Reno Legal Breakfast Series, “OSHA Is Knocking – Are You Prepared?”, on Tuesday, June 20 at the Orr & Reno offices at 45 South Main Street in Concord.

The presentation will teach employers their rights, responsibilities, and obligations during an OSHA inspection thereby reducing exposure to OSHA citations as well as downstream liability (e.g., third-party lawsuits, criminal exposure, repeat citations, undermining competitive bidding process, etc.).

Laboe is one of the most seasoned OSHA lawyers in the Northeast with more than 20 years of experience in handling contested OSHA matters. He routinely represents employers before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.

Orr & Reno Legal Breakfast Series is presented by Orr & Reno and the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce[2]. Events offer a unique opportunity for attendees to learn from experienced attorneys, ask questions, and interact with other Chamber members, business leaders, and community members.

The event starts at 8 a.m. and is free to the public, but pre-registration is required. Coffee and light breakfast will be served.
