COVID 19 UPDATE: Orr & Reno Partners with NHBA on Employer Liability Webinar

Orr & Reno attorneys James Laboe[1] and Maureen Smith will educate members of the NH Bar Association (NHBA)[2] on “OSHA and Environmental Compliance Inspections – Now and Later” during an NHBA sponsored live webcast on Friday, May 8 at noon.

The one-hour presentation will address employer liability arising from health, safety, and environmental inspections, both during and after the COVID-19 public health emergency.

Laboe represents employers in enforcement actions before occupational safety and health authorities and is one of the most seasoned OSHA defense lawyers in the Northeast.

Smith, a former government enforcement attorney, provides environmental counsel and defense in both federal and state administrative and civil enforcement actions.
