Attorneys Paul and Vanden Borre Lead ‘Ask the Experts’ Session on Real Estate Matters

Attorneys Nicole Paul [1]and Erin Vanden Borre[2] were recently featured on “Ask the Experts”, a discussion-style series concentrating on business topics and sponsored by the New Hampshire Union Leader newspaper.

Paul and Vanden Borre led the real estate-focused discussion[3] during the virtual meeting hosted by the UNH CEO & Family Enterprise Center[4] on November 17.

Paul’s real estate expertise is advising commercial and institutional clients in all areas of acquisition, development, financing, sales, and leasing of real estate.

Vanden Borre’s real estate practice is focused on a broad range of commercial real estate matters where she specializes in transactions involving retail assets, including the negotiation of complex leases and subleases on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
