Orr & Reno attorneys Laura Hartz and Nat Morse are among 17 recent graduates of the NH Center for Nonprofit’s Hoffman-Haas Fellowship board leadership program.
The Hoffman-Haas Fellowship strives to populate NH nonprofit boards with inspired, prepared and ready-to-engage new leaders who can bring a solid grounding in board essentials and serve as an infusion of energy for existing boards.
Throughout the program, graduates participate in a variety of leadership enrichment opportunities, receive mentoring from an experienced board member, and participate in strategic discussions on a variety of topics including fiscal planning, fundraising and governance.
Named in honor of two well-known NH philanthropists, the program, launched in 2014, has seen more than 250 Granite State fellows and mentors respond to a critical need for an expanded and diverse pool of community leaders who are ready to bring their talent, passion and commitment to volunteer board service.
