Attorney Rebecca Liubakka Joins Orr & Reno

Orr & Reno welcomes corporate attorney Rebecca Liubakka to the law firm. A graduate of New York Law School, Rebecca advises clients on matters including entity formation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions, including search fund acquisitions.
