Attorney Laboe to Deliver OSHA Presentation at EM NARI’S The Remodelers Conference

Attorney James Laboe[1] will deliver a presentation, “OSHA Is Knocking, Are You Ready?” at The Remodelers Conference, presented by the Eastern Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (EM NARI) on Friday, February 8 in Marlborough, MA.

Laboe is one of the most seasoned OSHA lawyers in the northeast with 18 years of experience in handling contested OSHA matters. He routinely represents employers before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.

Laboe will explain how employers can assert a measure of control over the inspection process by carefully considering inspection protocols and preparing in advance.
