The State of New Hampshire Supreme Court has reappointed attorney Margaret Kerouac[1] to serve a three-year term on the Professional Conduct Committee.

The 12-member Professional Conduct Committee consists of eight lawyers and four non-lawyers. The Committee is part of the NH Supreme Court Attorney Discipline System[2] which exists to consider and provide a fair evaluation of any grievances. When lawyers enter the practice of law in NH, they obligate themselves to abide by the Rules of Professional Conduct adopted by the Supreme Court of NH. Those who violate the Rules of Professional Conduct are subject to discipline.

This re-appointment will mark Kerouac’s third-consecutive term and run through December 31, 2023.
