Attorney Geiger Presents at NH Energy Summit

Orr & Reno shareholder Susan Geiger[1] was a recent panelist at the New Hampshire Energy Summit[2], held on September 20, 2021, in Concord, NH. Geiger participated in a program entitled, “Navigating the Solar Development Landscape.”

Geiger, a Best Lawyers[3] honoree in the practice of Energy Law since 2007, led an in-depth discussion of the NH Site Evaluation Committee[4] process.

The NH Energy Summit is a yearly event that brings together nearly 200 individuals including industry professionals, trade associations, and other end-users, as well as public officials from the legislature and regulatory agencies. This year’s event[5] focused on innovations and positive developments in the NH and regional energy market where market-based solutions are being used to address energy issues. Discussions also included updates and advocacy on regional market developments and sustainable energy initiatives.
