Attorney Dayna Mucci Joins Orr & Reno

Orr & Reno welcomes attorney Dayna Mucci to the law firm. Mucci’s practice will focus on mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, and private offerings of debt and equity.

Mucci is a graduate of the Boston University School of Law. Prior to joining Orr & Reno, she worked in-house at a Boston-based venture capital fund.

“As challenging as it is to attract and recruit top talent during COVID-19, we succeeded with Dayna Mucci.  Dayna was in-house counsel for a private equity firm in Boston.  Her experience matches perfectly with the work we are doing for national private equity funds, most notably in the hospitality space and in the search fund arena.  We are very excited to have her,” says Orr & Reno President Peter Burger.
