Legal Breakfast Series: OSHA is Knocking – Are You Prepared?

Attorney James Laboe will be the featured speaker during the latest Orr & Reno Legal Breakfast Series on Tuesday, April 17 at the Orr & Reno offices at 45 South Main Street in Concord.

Laboe is one of the most seasoned OSHA lawyers in the northeast with 18 years of experience in handling contested OSHA matters. He routinely represents employers before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.

This presentation will walk you through what to expect when OSHA inspectors darken your door. You will also learn your rights, responsibilities and obligations during an OSHA inspection in an effort to minimize your liability – both with OSHA and beyond.

The event starts at 8 a.m. and is free to the public, but pre-registration is required. Coffee and light breakfast will be served.
