Legal Breakfast Series: Estate Planning, Competency and Undue Influence – The Challenges of Wealth Planning For Elders In Decline

by wpengine | February 17, 2017 9:01 am

Attorney Jeremy Eggleton will be the featured speaker during the latest Orr & Reno Legal Breakfast Series on Wednesday, March 15 at the Orr & Reno offices at 45 South Main Street in Concord.

Wealth transfer planning for the elderly is a sensitive and difficult enough process in the best of circumstances.  This presentation will discuss the standards for whether a person has been improperly influenced or lacks capacity to make a will—critical questions that are best resolved during the estate planning process, not afterwards in time consuming and tense litigation between beneficiaries. Attorney Eggleton is a shareholder whose practice centers on resolving real life conflicts with intense personal and financial stakes.

The event starts at 8 a.m. and is free to the public, but pre-registration is required. Coffee and light breakfast will be served.
