Health Care Practice

Overview

With the rapid pace of change in health care, it is essential to have legal counsel who can effectively and creatively navigate the maze of laws and regulations applicable to this complex sector. Our attorneys have served health care providers for over 30 years. We counsel clients on the full range of matters that raise legal questions from day-to-day operational issues, such as patients’ rights to refuse treatment or access to patient records, to broad strategic matters, such as whether and how to partner with or acquire another provider. Our advice is informed by in-depth knowledge of the New Hampshire health care system and its players, and our service is enhanced by our experience with both state and federal regulators.
