Practice Focus Employment-Based Immigrant Visas, Non-Immigrant Professional Visas Experience
Robin joined the firm in 1993 after serving as Special Assistant and Immigration Specialist for former U.S. Senator Warren Rudman from 1980 though 1992. She works with Orr & Reno's employment and business lawyers on a variety of immigration matters. Her goal is to assist employers and foreign nationals through the complex immigration process.
Robin's experience includes:
- Securing employment-based visas and “green cards” for professionals particularly in the health care industry
- Addressing issues relating to the ability of a foreign national to live and work legally in the United States
- Obtaining immigrant and temporary work visas for engineers, researchers, doctors, teachers, religious workers, entrepreneurs, musicians, dancers, speech language pathologists, physical and occupational therapists and other professionals
