Experience

Judy is the Chair of the Family Law Practice Group. Her practice focuses exlusively on domestic relations issues and includes private mediation, prenuptial agreements, complex divorce and post divorce litigation, and legal separation. With 20 years' experience in the domesitc relations area, her approach is innovative and resolution oriented. Judy is a Certified Marital Mediator and is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. She has achieved successful outcomes through settlement, as well as through trial, in a wide variety of cases involving complex financial issues, large and small business interests, multi-million dollar estates and various complicated financial scenarios.
