Experience

Heidi is a member of the firm's Business Practice Group. She advises companies and individuals on a wide range of general corporate and business law matters including commercial contracts, corporate governance, entity formation, asset acquisitions, and business and operational agreements.

While attending Suffolk University Law School, Heidi worked for the Boston law firm of Ferriter Scobbo & Rodophele, P.C., where she gained experience in antitrust law, employment law, and commercial litigation. She also interned in the Trial Division of the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General.
