Connie brings her 25 years of diversified legal experience to the firm's business and real estate practice. Her experience includes:
- Fifteen years as a corporate attorney in New Hampshire and Connecticut, focusing on small business, real estate and banking
- Assisted in the implementation of numerous non-profit housing developments and manufactured housing parks that involved multiple grant sources and lenders and were among the first of their nature in New Hampshire
- One of the original incorporators and board members of CATCH, a non-profit housing organization in Concord that has been recognized regionally and nationally for its innovation and excellence
- Former founding executive director of one of New Hampshire's three legal aid programs, Legal Advice & Referral Center and former director of the Pro Bono program of the New Hampshire Bar Association
