Experience
Steve focuses on employment and immigration law, counseling employers on legal issues relating to human resources and representing them before state and federal courts and administrative tribunals. He joined the firm after serving as New Hampshire Assistant Attorney General.
Steve's experience includes:
- Advising both large and small clients in connection with individual and multiple employee terminations, discrimination investigations and claims, wage and hour questions, family and medical leaves, negotiation of contracts and contract disputes
- Counseling individuals and businesses on a variety of immigration issues and commercial matters
- Trying real estate tax abatement cases before the Superior Court and New Hampshire's Board of Tax and Land Appeals
